Unable To Straighten Arm, Painful. History Of Rotator Cuff Repairs, Retracted Bicep Tendons. Underlying Cause

I was unable to straighten out my right arm or my index finger and thumb. It was extremely painful, lasted for about five minutes. Then relaxed but still felt painful, but with less intensity. Then about three hours later I was again unable to extend my right index finger and thumb and again it was very painful. At the initial onset I was using a leaf blower with the opposite hand. I ve had two rotator cuff repairs on this particular arm, and the bicep tendon is retracted as we ll.
