Unbearable Cramps During Period

I am a 25 year old, 5 6 female. Is it normal to have unbearable cramps during my period? Some people may not quite understand what I mean by unbearable...I get these cramps so bad they make me sick, and I am unable to do anything but lay in the fetal position and cry. Also have extremely heavy bleeding and clotting, and this happens every single month. Found out a couple of years ago that I had some cysts on my ovaries, but was told they would not be problematic. Does anyone know if maybe the cysts could have possible gotten worse, or if that has anything at all to do with my issues? Nothing I do can ease the pain and I have tried: hot showers/baths, heating pads, ice packs, every time of over the counter meds.

Dysmenorrhoea is what you are going through.A hormonal imbalance , cysts can be a cause of this.It happens that the menstrual cramps are not tolerated by all women , some tolerate them better.
I advise to visit your Gynecologist and get evaluated completely for any underlying disease.Over the counter medicines like Meftal spas work by relaxing the uterus and decreasing the pain.They can help your symptoms.
