Unconsciousness And Black Out After Head Injury Can Be Due To Internal Bleeding?

i fainted this morning and hit the back left portion of my head on my tub, i was only unconscious for a few seconds before i was able to sit back up (i didn t faint from hitting my head, i blacked out before i even began to fall), and it took me a few moments to get my bearings back together but now i only have a mild headache and, of course, the area that i hit still hurts, but i m extremely afraid i might have internal bleeding?

internal bleeding may occur in case of head injury. so if hadache or blackout is there you should get ct brain done to rule out that and should meet neurosugeon. get your clinical examination done too.
