Under Flouroscopic Sniff Test I Have A Elevated Diaphragm On

Under flouroscopic sniff test i have a elevated diaphragm on my right side. Have read so many things online, not sure what to do now. I had rotator cuff surgery 4 months ago, noticed the shortness of breath
couple days after surgery. The ISB nerve block I've been told is the cause possibly. Hope it goes away.
10- years ago my left diaphragm was elevated, i recovered in about 6 months, never new why it developed.
THis one feels different, I don't think its going away like last time. What is the best treatment a person
should undergo to obtain better health from this condition? Thank you Steve
