Undergone Leg Surgery, Plates Fixed. Is It Safe To Start Playing Basketball?
my son in law had a surgery done to his leg after a basketball game injury that required the doctors to screw in medical plates in his leg. He is fully healed but would it be ok if goes back playing basketball and what would be the consequences if he hurts himself which I pray does not happen. Other sports you would recommend instead? Thanks.
If healing has completed he can go for sports . usually it takes 4 -5 months for complete healing ,and strength for sports takes some time.
He can use some support, and start sports consulting his surgeon.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
