Undergone Tendo Achilles Repair Surgery, Rough Strcher Marks. Can I Use LOBATE GM CREAM?

dr i have undrrgone tendo achiles repair surgery on 12th sep2013.after 30 days since the wound was completey dried stichers were removed and now iam doing thewalk with crutcher with brace.no pain no problems.since my surgeon asked to take bath last 3 days iam taking bath in full.since the surface of the wound seems rough with strcher marks can i use this LOBATE GM CREAM.since one of same doctor , s patient for same surgery askeg to apply pl suggest me dr

Hello,

I have studied your case.

LOBATE GM CREAM contains steroid which can enhance infection .So I will not advise to use that cream.
You can use antibiotic cream or moisturising cream.
For scar mark you can later on use keratolytic cream ,but not now.
