Underwear Stained Orange, Smelly, Not Eaten Anything Unusual. What Could It Be?

I have a 5 year old daughter I was just up and her room and she asked me if I smelled anything and than wanted me to check her butt. I smelled a little something and so I took down her pants to see if she had an accident and her underwear was stained orange and it went thru to her pants. It smelled like it was soiled but there was no poo. She hasn't had anything unusual to eat and has been acting normal I'm concerned because this has never happened before.

Hi, it appears to be the urinary tract infection, with blood tinge, and may be probably due to urgency, or oozing. it also may be due to the scratching of the surrounding parts due to itch, or a ruptured boil in that area.
So i advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
