Hi Doctor, My age is 25 yrs , I am 5 7 tall . My weigh is 49.5 Kg. I have checked my BMI last week , according to it am under weight. I am very much thin . I used to take high calorie and fat food, but its not improving my body.please advise how can i improve my body , a bit fleshy. How can I gain weight ? Thank you.

To gain weight it is necessary to go for high calorie diet. but consume minimum 35 g protein since it helps in muscle growth. dont go for high fat food since they may lead to hing cholesterol / triglycerides .
If your are sedentary worker keep your total calorie to 1800 kcal per day.follow 15-30 min exercise to boost your metabolism.
