Hi there,
Welcome to HCM.
Considering your height 5feet 8 inches, your weight should be 65-67 kg. If all the test results are normal, I would like to suggest a healthy nutritious diet with regular exercise for you. As you are 27 years old, you should eat atleast 30 calories/kg body weight which is roughly around 2000 to 2500 calories per day. Include lots of fiber and protein in your diet. I also would like to suggest a regular exercise like walking which will boost your appetite and help in weight gain. You could get into a gym for few muscle building exercises. Thanks.
