Underweight, Pot Belly. Trying To Put On Weight, Living In Car. Any Diet Plans For Slimming The Stomach And Weight Gain?

what foods put bad fat in stomach/belly area? I've been living in my car and this lifestyle change has my stomach looking like I ate a watermelon whole. I try to walk around as much as possible but can't escape all the sitting because I don't have a home to stand in. I have to eat because I'm under weight, as I've been trying to put on weight all my life. I'm 58 yrs old now, finally put some one but it's in the wrong place! Help me get it in the right place.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Fatty food is responsible for deposition of fat over belly.
Mind it beside food lack of proper exercises and sedentary life style also play an important role in fat deposition.
Only one way is there abdominal exercises are good to reduce girth of abdomen.
Consult a physiotherapist and get his help.
Good luck.
