Upper Abdominal And Back Pain, Terrible Pain On Arms. Causes ?

Hi. I'm awake right now having upper abdominal and pack pain, this is happen often and sometimes I experience terrible pain on my arms, this usually happens around this time of the night around 2 wish in the morning and it takes couple of hours or more before it get better. What could be the cause, please?

Hi, it appears to be the gastric pain, due to its severity you may get the pain of the arms, other causes could be the cardiac pain rediated to the upper abdomen, back and arms.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G. and gastroscopy for confirmation.
