Upper Left Side Pain, Foul Smelling Urine And Nausea. History Of Seizure Disorder. What Is The Cure?

i have upper left side pain with foul smelling urine. no infection or blood in urine. pain travles down the front left side of my body almost like a moving cramp. some nausea no fever or brusing. i am 47 female with a seizure disorder what is this pain no pain on urination

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Left loin radiating down anteriorly.This is most likely to be due to presence of stone either in Kidney or Ureter.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen done to confirm or rule our presence of urinary stone.

Further treatment will depend upon final diagnosis.
