Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Since you are having frequent urination and urge of toilet from last 4 months.
In your case age, sex is very important , so mention or upload .
Urine culture is very important as you have mentioned that there is no infection , hence culture is important.
Tension play an important role in such type of cases.
Ultrasound abdomen advised and consult a physician / psychiatrist and get opinion.
