Urge To Urinate, Lower Abdominal Pain. Have Sciatica. Any Ideas?

Hello, I am a 34 yr old male. just got off of a flight and had to urinate so badly on the drive home that I pulled over on the side of the road to relieve myself. After this I still had the sensation that I had to go but couldn t. After eating pain started in the lower left side of abdomen all the way to groin . I still have the urge to urinate but can t. I ve also been suffering from sciatica recently and it s starting to go away but still lingering mildly. Any idea what this could be?

Hi,
Keeping control in urination for more time can give this type of feeling and it is common.
Nothing to worry, take plenty of water and go for urination frequently will give you relief.
