Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts and report of your urine analysis report that you have posted it appears that you have Acute UTI.
Please get your urine culture done to find out organisms causing this infection and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.Normally it takes 2-3 days to get culture report.

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic belonging to floxacin group and urine alkaliser after getting prescription from your family Physician.
Once you get the culture report switch on to the antibiotic as per culture report.
Ensure to take more water to keep your urine dilute .

General & Family Physician Dr. Shoaib Khan's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Of course I shall assist you with your report. From your report let me highlight all the relevant abnormalities, they are:
-Transparency : cloudy -- SEEN IN URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS OR KIDNEY STONES
-Occult blood : trace -- SEEN IN URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
-Pus cell: 80-40 / hpf -- SIGN OF URINARY TRACT INFECTION
-R.B.C.: 2-4/hpf -- SEEN IN MANY CONDITIONS, INCLUDING URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
-Bacteria: loaded -- SIGN OF A URINARY TRACT INFECTION

Thus, the final conclusion does indeed point towards a urinary tract infection (UTI). Was there a clinical indication for conducting the urine analysis?

Please do visit a doctor, who will surely help by prescribing a course of antibiotics, pain management medication (if pain is present) and a potassium based solution (which will greatly help in relieving your symptoms).

Also, in the meantime, please consume as much water as possible, and also cranberry juice which also has added benefits.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.

General & Family Physician Dr. Das Arindam's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your urine examination report indicates that there is presence of high number of pus cells. It means that you are suffering from a lower urinary tract infection.

For this, you have to take a broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin group of drugs.

Take plenty of water.

In case of any pain and fever, take paracetamol group of drug.

Take pantoprazole group of drug also in empty stomach.

You also need an alkaliser also .

You have to consult with your treating doctor for a detailed prescription.

Hope this suffices.

Regards.
