Urinary Infection With High Degree Of Prostate Enlargement, On Catheter, Antibiotics, No History Of Disease. Suggestion?

OK I Had developed urinary infection with a very high degree of Prostrate enlargement and now i am on catheder for last 6 days and on antibiotics can Hifenec P OR Wickoryl can be cause My age is 60 sex male no other history of any disease other than sore thorat, sneezing and headachec my weight is 77 Kgs. You are a 60 years old male You have been catheterized for Enlargement of prostate.You have a severe Urinary Tract Infection secondary to enlarged Prostate.Pl consult Urologist .Get your Ultrasound scanning done to know the size of the prostate ,following Blood Investigations are must
1) Haemogram
2)Urine Routine.
3) Serum Creatinine & and Blood Urea to know the status of Kidney Function.
4)Ultra sound Scanning of the Abdomen to ascertain size of the Prostate.You will have to consult Urologist who will decide regarding further management of your problem.
