Hello sir this is dilip jain age 19 .I observed that i m urinating blood,also there is excess burning sensation and pain while I urinate,as soon as i consume water within 5-10min I get a strong sensation of urinating .When i got urine test done,it was roughly told that rbc s are numerous , pus cells are numerous, albumin is ++++,also my i have alernating high temperature.Kindly tell me is it a case of UTI or any other deadly disease.Would be thankful to you if you kindly describe everything in detail
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Acute UTI (Cystitis) and needs to be oivestigated by getting following tests done
1) Routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to. 2) Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
