Urine Analysis - Albumin +++ & Pus Cells Are Plenty For A 3 Year Old Girl
hello Dr. kindly note that my daughter is 3 years old and 27 kilos she has done a urine analysis and the following was the result:
Albumin +++ and the pus cells is plenty.
she screams from pain she urinates.
a doctor has prescribed amoxillin400mg as amoxicilline trihydrate + clavulanic acid 57 mg as potassium clavulanate 457ml/5 ml and the suspension is 70ml should take 5 ml twice a day, she took three doses of this medicine the same doctor has also suggested to give her the antibiotic in the blood IV
we took her to another doctor and he said that there is no need for the antibiotic in the blood and to give her Augmentin - amoxicilline trihadrate + potassium clavulanate 312mg / 5 ml 100ml suspension in powder form . 5ml twice a day and after one week we repeat the urine test. she already started her first dose today.

Pus cells in urine indicates urinary infection.For which you can initiate treatment with oral medicines. But at the same time you need to investigate ( like urine culture,serum create,USG kub ).according to the further response with medicine further action can be taken in 24-48 hours.
