Urine Analysis: Reaction-6.0,rbc-1-2,E-cells-moderate

good day doctor. I got severe pain in my lower back and lower tummy. I had urinalysis da=one today with results: Color:yellow, transparency:turbid, reactio:6.0, specific gravity:1.025, Albumin +1, Wbc: over 75, Rbc, 1-2, and e.cells: moderate. I have work but I cant do my job well because today i had slight fever and i can walk. is it u.t.i? is it severe? hw lng will be the
medication?
