Urine Analysis Of A 3 Year Old Done. What Does Report Indicate?

Dear dr .
My son 3 yrs old . Was down with fever .urine reports shows .
Epithelial cells 2 count
Pus cells 4 count
culture negative
In others its showing mucous thread.
Now his fever is down .
What does the reports indicates .
Please help.me to understand

The urine exam is absolutely normal.
It does not point to any disease.
Your son may be having viral fever which subsided of its own.
