Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your history and reports, first it is important to know clinically do you have urinary symptoms and fever, as both the reports show bacterial growth first one is staphylococcal is more likely to be contaminant and may not be causing infection and E.Coli is more likely to be the cause of disease UTI.
If E. Coli are grown and sensitivity pattern of suitable antibiotics must be performed and in the mean time urinary specific antibiotic along with plenty of fluid should be advised and once you get sensitivity report suitable treatment should be changed.
Take care
Good Luck
