Hi
Thanks for the query
Since your complaints are long standing starting since early childhood, possibilities of nocturnal enuresis is always there however, it could also be sterss or urge incontinenece
You need a detailted lower urinary tract evaluation. you must visit a urologist who can ask for some urine and ultrasound tests. there are good medicines available to this problem which can be advised by the urologist after evaluation.
Thanks
