Urine Test Shows Slightly Hazy, Blood Traces, Few Bacteria, Few Epithelial Cells. Significance?

HI,

I just want to ask about my urine test result that i had last week. Can someone interpret this result for me. Thank you.

Character: slightly hazy
sp Gravity: 1.005
reaction: 6.5
Sugar, Protien,ketone,bile,nitrite: negative
blood: trace
urobilinogen: 0.2
PUS cells: 4-6/hpf
red blood cells: 0-2/hpf
bacteria: few
epithelial cells: few
mucus threads: none
cast: none
amorphous urates: rare

Hi,
From urine report it interprets that you are having mild urinary tract infection.
You may not require any treatment or having short antibiotic medicine course.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
