Using Dandruff Shampoo And Taking Biotin Capsules For Hairfall And Dandruff With No Improvement. How Do I Solve This Problem?
Hi.. I have come to the U.S 4 months ago. I am experiencing severe hair fall due to weather changes. The problem I can see is of dry scalp/dandruff. I am using antidandruff shampoo and also taking biotin capsules but it doesnot seem to help. Can you help me with this problem?

For severe or unresponsive dandruff and resultant hair fall i would suggest that you consult a dermatologist.
Your treating dermatologist might want to put you on medicated Anti-dandruff shampoo OR overnight leave-on antidandruff lotions.
If this is not enough then your dermatologist might also want to use topical steroid lotion/solutions/foam for rapid relief
