Hello.I am an arm wrestler and in my sport pain , pulled tendons , tared muscles and even arm breaks are common .iam 100% healthy but i would like if some one could answer this pls First i need to say that we arm wrestlers work on building up our tendons and ligaments for years and strengthening them. If these product will not work well with my tendons there is no way I am gonna use it just to let you know if u are going to suggest me something to take that in consideration. I am thinking of using that cream before the competition to warm my arms and have better circulation . I saw some armwrestlers use some kind of creams but iam not sure if it is this product. probably something similar. should it be safe ? will it help me prevent injuries and help me warm up [ its really hard to warm up at armwrestling. or you get to tierd warming up and it effects you ] armwrestling you will put a great stress at your bones , tendons , ligaments. sometimes muscle Thanks
