Uterus Measurement 10.3 X 7x6.4. Myometrium Is Slightly Herterogeneous And Uterus Is Retroverted. Need D And C?

My uterus mesurment 10.3 x 7x6.4 The emdometrial strip is 6mm in thickness. Endometrium is Normal. The Myometrium is slightly Herterogeneous.? The uterus is Retroverted.. My Question is Do I need a D&C? and is this size of my uterus a Cause of Bowl Obstruction? I just had an ultrasound. I have had tailbone pain for 7 mo.

Thanks for posting your query.
Your uterus is somewhat bigger in size but this size will not obstruct your bowel.
Only D&C will not be helpful you should go for hysteroscopy followed by endometrial biopsy to rule out uterine pathology.
