Uterus Operation Done. Sonography Shows Bulky Uterus, Multiple Small Follicles In Ovary, Fatty Liver. Remedy Beside Operation?

Hi Doctor, I am Sukla Roy, Age 36 years and am in service. I had an uterus operation long time back. Recently I have done my ultra sonography. The impression says -

1. Bulky uterus with evidence of 29 X 21 MM hypo echoic area in the anterior wall - ? Fibroid/Post OP changes.
2. Multiple small follicles noted in the periphery of right ovary, suggestive of PCO.
3. Mild fatty changes in liver.

My question- Can you please tell me what are the remedies beside operations and what can be done? Is it life threatening? My email YYYY@YYYY

1. Bulky uterus with evidence of 29 X 21 MM hypo echoic area in the anterior wall - ? Fibroid/Post OP changes. It is a very small fibroid, unless you have any menstrual symptoms you dont need any treatment for that.

2. Multiple small follicles noted in the periphery of right ovary, suggestive of PCO.----No need for any treatment unless you have any menstrual complaints
3. Mild fatty changes in liver.--avoid fatty food. repeat the scan after few months. Nothing to worry
