Vaginal Infection, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloated. Prescribed Azithral And Pan D. Side Effects?

Hi..my gynae diagnozed me with a vaginal infection & prescribed Azithral (first 5 days - once a day), Doxy-1-L-DR-Forte (after completing Azithral course, for 3 days twice a day), Satrogyl (first 3 days - twice a day) + clingen (7 days course)...Along with the antibiotics, she also gave me a Pan D to sooth the stomach. However, the bloated feeling in stomach remained for 3 days..Now on the 5th day, when I hv started Doxy, i'm feeling nauseatic & also vomitted..Are these the side effects of this medicine? What should i do? I;m to see her at the completion of 7 days.What do you recommend?

thanks for your query.
The nausea and vomiting are definite side effects of the antibiotics given to you.
They are known for causing nausea and vomiting.
Try and take the course as suggested, as leaving it incomplete would aggravate the vaginal infection.
You should not take the medications on an empty stomach.
Take the Pan D twice a day also.
