Vaginal Opening Hard And Pains While Sitting And Peeing After Masturbating. How To Treat It?

I am a teen girl of 16 years, I have been masterbating for 3 consecutive days and everyday I get a little hard on it. But after I have stooped masterbating. I did it at night most of the times, without washing my hands and after doing it I would sleep away. I know it sounds gross but I am experiencing all these things newly. Now the problem is that, the part of muscle/ the vaginal opening, it's got hard and it pains, when I sit, wake up from bed, or pee. I am scared its cancer I don't know I am still a kid and a virgin I also got my final exams coming. Please help me ASAP
