Varying BP Readings. Advice?

I had my BP taken by my Dr. with a reading of 135/85. When I took it at home the same day it was 127/79. The next day it was 123/73. Does my readings warrant taking BP medication as suggested by my Dr>?

i was your doctor, I would never ask you to take medications for this B.P readings. It does not qualify to be in hypertensive category. Your BP appears perfect. I think all you need is a little physical activity like a regular 30 min walk every day.

Dr. Ammar
