Very High Blood Glucose Levels. Frequent Urination. What To Do?

Hello, I'm a 62 year old white male, who lives in TX. I'm non-smoker, ex-drinker and don't eat right. My elderly mother has a blood sugar machine and tested my glucose levels and they are 480 and have been for the past 6 months. I often feel blah, sluggish, take naps often, I also pee a lot and sometimes cant even hold my pee anymore and pee all over myself. I'm often thirsty and find myself going everywhere with a 32 oz. flavored water or lemonade.
I don't have any insurance and never have money for even the office visit. What can I do??

Hello,
You are in real mess.
All hese symptoms of incresed urination with increased thirst associated with tiredness andd fatigue is due to uncontrolled diabetes. The fact is nothing can be prescribed online to you and moreover there are various associated issues like hypertension, abnormal lipid profile etc ,that it becomes very necessary on your part to consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist so that proper investigations and treatment can be carried out in you.
Along with medications, equal emphasis has to be laid on proper dietary restriction along with regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Remember, diabetes is a chronic irreversible stage which requires constant medical management and uncontrolled diabetes leads to various types of micro as well as Macrovascular complications in future.
Thanks
