got an injury i suppose. the treatment is rest and painkillers. rest means not even mobility for toilet for the nest one week. than they will ask us to do some exercise under the guidance of the physiotherapist. so totally it will be a months suffering. not to gt dishearted, i am here who have gont through this and now playing football with the same leg.
if its swollen for no reason thenur uric acid has to b checked , and treated if its more . any insect bite , ? or if its related to any trauma , fraactures and sprains have to b ruled out .
