Very Red Gum Color For A 7 Years Old Boy

My son is 7 years old. We are chinese. I notice his gum is dark red unlike mine , which is light red. What s wrong? I am worry that it s mal- nutrition or side effects of medication.

nothing is wrong.
color of gum change during age.
generally child has more dark then adult.
dark red indicate he has good HB.
in malnutrition they look pale color.
so dont worry,be happy
