Very Short And Light Periods, Pregnancy Symptoms. History Of Having Pain At The Back Of Sides. Possible Eptopic Pregnancy?
Hi Doctor,
My periods are regular (27/28 days) and lasts for 5-6 days max with heavy flow on the 2nd and 3rd day. This month my period came on time on the 21st of September but was shorter (lasted only 3 days). I can still see some blood only when I wipe.
Question 1: would that mean that I am pregnant? (N.B.: I experienced about 90% of the pregnancy symptoms.
Question 2: i am scared it would be an eptopic pregnancy? since this time I experienced some pain at the back of my sides about 1 week or more before my period starts and also not too much diarrhea.

First of all answer for query no.1 You are not pregnant , still you have any doubt , get home pregnancy test .
2 No chance of any ectopic pregnancy.
The bleeding excessive previously , then scanty ,then irregular all these symptoms may be due to ,
1 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease as you are having pain on both side of back . diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries . Consult a gynecologist and get his opinion and treatment .
2 Next reason of this type of bleeding may be due to fibroid in uterus or endometriosis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus and consult a gynecologist and get his treatment and opinion regarding this.
3 Pain both side of back may be due to fast movement of intestine due to diarrhea , for this take anti diarrheal treatment .
