Vibrating Sensation In Arms, Legs, Pain Around Knees. Family History Of Arthritis. Taking BP Medicines. Cure?

I am having a feeling or sensation of vibrating in my arms and legs. Sleep does not seem to help. My arms have no pain, but my legs sometimes ache around my knees. I am 68 years old and my dad complained many years of leg and knee pain do to arthritis. He never mentioned any other sensation in his legs. He lived to 99 years old.
Some days my sensation is worse than other and sometimes disappears for a day or two. When this is happening I also feel tired and stiff. This has been going on for several months. I do take blood pressure medicine prescribed by my regular doctor, who I have not told about this problem because I have not been to his office recently. I do not smoke, I still work a regular seven day a week office job. 8 to 10 hours a day. I consume a small amount of alcohol about two gin and tonics about 3 or 4 nights a week.
I weigh about 200 pounds have an excellent appettite and am 6'1" tall and otherwise feel quite excellent and have never had any
major illnesses.
Thank you for any insight you would give me.

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
This seems nonspecific complain some time have no exact cause, but still before to come on this conclusion one must rule out the possibility of differential diagnosis, first thing is cardiac evaluation, blood sugar status, central nervous system assessments, if these turned negatives then not need to fear this, just control your thoughts, keep your anxiety level too low, have nice day.
