Hello ma'am.

Such thinking is only related to myths. Women nowadays can easily rupture their hymen (which is what leads to a bleed during the first session of intercourse) from activities like yoga, cycling, strenuous exercises, etc.

This can also result in stretching of the vaginal muscles making it more lose and changing its elasticity making it seem less tight than it would have been in a virgin woman who has not indulged in such activities.

Please explain the same to your husband or have him write to me and I shall explain this to him in the best possible manner, elaborately.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
