Virgin, Have Row Of Tiny Flesh Colored Pearl Spots Around Labia Minora, No Itching Or Burning. Any Ideas?

hi im 16 and a virgin and i noticed a couple of months ago i had a row of tiny flesh coloured pearl like spots around my labia minora , they do not hurt or itch and i also have flesh coloured bumps on either side of my vaginal opening at the top, they also do not itch or hurt or burn they also dont grow in size, as i have ocd im really worried its something serious do you have any idea what this could be?

Thanks for your query.

Your symptoms of painless fleshy mass suggests genital wart.
It is caused by HPV -human papilloma virus 6,11.

Podofilox is the first-line treatment.
Electrocauterization and laser ablation are minimal invasive procedure for treatment of genital warts.
