Visit To Physician Required After Heavy Nose Bleed After Head Injury?

I was hit in the head and a nose bleed started immediately. The blood flow was dark and heavy. I held my head back and squeezed my nose in attempt to stop the bleeding, it stopped but not right away. Now I notice a small bump on my forehead, I have a slight headache and I feel a bit dizzy. Should I go to the ER?

Hi ,yes definitely you should go to ER and consult neurosurgeon and ENT surgeon.
Head injury followed by forehead bump , headache and heavy nose bleed are indications of head injury.
I advise you to get admitted in hospital under the neurosurgeon and you are required nose packing for nose bleed .
It is advised you to do CT head and x ray of nasal bones .
Thanks.
