I suggest you get screened for blood Calcium and Vitamin D to get baseline values. Your doctor will put you on adequate supplementation and then monitor your progress.
You might need to consult your doctor for a reevaluation of your asthma therapy. A pulmonologist will be better placed to carry out respiratory function tests to know exactly at what degree of effectiveness you are, and then modify therapy. Sleep disorders in this case might be due to depression. Anti depressants like Tricyclic anti depresants could help. If not, the opinion of a psychiatrist/psychologist could be useful at some point in time. Kind regards.
** 1.lowering of Vitamin D is either due to lack of essential diet, or due to pathology with parathyroid gland so you must check with an Endocrinologist regarding any hormonal disturbance (if any) and then start with medicine. 2. because Vitamin D is low thus calcium will not be absorbed from the intestine thus also check the value of the same. 3. lower level of vitamin D results in most of your symptoms like: bone pain, psychiatric disturbances (anxiety/depression/insomnia). 4. problem of piles/prostate gland can be well looked upon by a general surgeon, likewise opinion or re evaluation with a chest physician regarding your Asthma problem would be beneficial.
