Vomiting, Feeling Weak, Swelling In Tongue While Eating. Taking Sertraline. Is This Serious? Suggestions?

Hello, I am currently taking sertraline hcl 50mg and just started taking it on july 26th, 2013. I have been in bed vomiting and can barely keep water down. Im very weak, and shakey and afraid to eat because whenever I try the back of my tongue swells up and is very painful! I can only keep water down and it seems to be the only thing that doesn't cause pain (when in ice cubes). Is this serious? It is now Tues. and it began Sat. something has to change! Please help!
