Hello and welcome to HCM,
The feeling of vomiting after breakfast is not related to your menstrual cycles or sexual life.

All these symptoms are related to gastrointestinal tract.
These symptoms can be due to indigestion or any other problem of the gastrointestinal tract.
Avoid heavy and fatty food, any spicy food.
Take some light cooked food for some days.
Along with these measures, you can take a dose of proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole and domperidon combination) to control the symptoms of vomiting.
The symptoms will get relieved by these measures alone.
If the GI symptoms problem is recurrent, consult a gastroenterologist for clinical examination, relevant investigations and management.

Irregular periods are seen in healthy females also, so there is nothing to worry about the irregular periods.
However, if the periods become irregularly irregular, you need to consult a gynecologist.

Thanks and take care
