Vomitings By Infant Days After Falling From Bed Can Be Related?

My 5 month old fell from the bed 6 days ago .. Her head landed on a pillow but not sure if she went head first or not ... 3days later she ate cereal w milk and vomited a lot .. Could have been the cereal but I was paranoid ... She has been acting normal , today she vomited again, but not as much.. Is this just a coincidence ?

The vomiting after a lapse of 6 days is not related to head injury.
