Vomitting With Black Spots Would Suggest?

so i was drinking last night and woke up today feeling nauseous. drank a lot of water then finally it had to come up. Went to the toilet, threw up, but i see a bunch of black specs in my vomit. It wasn't the food i ate from yesterday. Somewhat looked like shredded tobacco. I see that black spot can be an indicator of bleeding, but other opinions reassured me that sometimes it is normal. any suggestions?
