Wake Up Every Morning With Mouth Full Of Sour Acidic Saliva And White Patches Around Mouth And Tongue

Hi. I wake up every morning without fail for almost 6mnths now, , with my mouth full of sour/acidic saliva. Sometimes I have white patches around my my mouth and the tongue. The most frustrating is when I spit this saliva every day it is covered by blood from my teeth. Please help

this is most probably a herpes infection this should be treated by acyclovir gel 3 times daily. avoid spicy and salty foods. try to stick to easily swooped diet as soup , jelly and yoghurt
