Warm Body, Tired, Dizziness, Pukish Feeling. Sexually Active. Low Haemoglobin Level. Dehydration?

My body is warm most of the time. Lately I have been feeling tired, dizzy and sometimes puky. It might be dehydration but I don't know what is the exact cause of such weakness. It is recently that I have become sexually active. I'm 20 years old. I also have less haemoglobin but haven't felt such weakness before. And why does my body get hot every now and then?

Helloo..
Sounds to me you are having a case of dehydration , with that being said try to drink 1.5-2 litres of water a day , follow this for a week or so and see if you feel any change, if not please consult a physician and get the appropriate tests done.
Thank you and take care
