Warm Sensation In Vagina, Warm Discharge Sensation. Done PAP Test. Is It A Sign Of Aging Or Cancer?

Hi, I am a 43 year old woman. I have been feeling a warm sensation in my vagina for the past 2-3 weeks. It gets warm in one area for about a half a min, it goes away and then some time later it happens again. It feels like I am having a warm discharge. I assume - I am either starting my periods or may be a white discharge. But on checking - there is nothing - absolutely dry. This repeats about 4-5 times in a day. The briefs have also started getting discolored quicker than they used to before. I throw them away faster these days. What is happening, are these signs of aging / cancer / just what is it?
Additional info for you: I do not have intercourse at all. I have 2 sons (11 and 5). I have done my PAP test - it is normal.
Thank you for being their to help. It means a lot.

Hi, it appears to be the urinary tract infection, it is a common occurance, don't worry, i advise you to consult a urologist, or a gynacologist for diagnosis an dtreatment. You may need to have urine examination, and if necessory culture and sensitivity of the urine, for confirmation. Thank you.
