Weakness And Numbness In Legs On Urge To Pass Stools, Difficulty In Motions, Intense Pain. Treatment Advice?

My sister was addmitted in the Hospital 4 weeks ago. she cannot poop and when she feels like going to the toilet she feels weak and her legs go numb. she was discharged 2 days ago and we are taking care of her in the house. until now she still cannot poop and it has been 5 weeks already. she is in great pain. please help
