Weakness, Difficulty In Opening Eyes, Vomiting, Fever, Faster Heartbeat. Doing Fasting. Recommendations?

hi.my son whos 13 yrs old.was fasting yesterday as its ramadan.he came home from school with severe weakness.couldnt keep open his eyes.then vomited after i told him to break his fast as he was very weak.since then hes had a fever and has been asleep still with tiredness and weakness.his heartbeat is very fast too.hes having only toast and water n juice.thanks

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

With the symptoms, he may be suffering from severe dehydration and gastric reflux due to acidity and since he had fever it suggests any infection. Give him plenty of fluid(ORS) and electrol powder now, give Paracetamol 250 mg and consult your doctor for his examination and management. Keep a watch on his pulse rate also.
