Weakness, Headache, Lack Of Concentration, Sensation Of Blood In Nose. Suggestions?

hi i'm Asheeda and i'm a student. May i know why do i feel weak, having headache and can't concentrate and feeling blood in the nose but does not bleed? I do not recieve my regulation as before that is full 7 days. it has been reduced to 2 to 3 days only. Furthermore i feel my head heavy and cannot concentrate for a long time as i forget what i have learned. i don't knoow if it's a lack of concentration but i will wait for your answer since all this problems have been occurring at the same time. Thank you for helping me

Hi, I do think you might have two problems at this instance. Your headache, weakness can point towards anemia. And your regulation issue can be due to your thin frame if i'm right. And the feel of blood in nose could be due to common cold just eroding your nasal membrane (mucosa). Further i suggest you to take a lab test "CBC - complete blood count" and RBC microscopy.
