Weakness, Unable To Move Properly, Excessive Urination, Gas. Is This Blood Circulation Issue?

Respected Sir, I am sanskrit professor. sorry for my english language.
My wife age is 37. weight 45.
Problems are: 1. she is very weak from her childhood.
2. very lenient.
3. she can work for two hours continuously. After that she has to sat down in the floor and pick the two legs in table. After 1 hour she can do house work normally. I think blood circulation is not there.
4. she is having motion problem also. The motion place is day by day going short. Hence she is always in letrine more time.
5. she is having gastric problem. she is always doing open mouth yaaaaaaaaaaaavvvvvv....... etc. in front of us.
6. If she bends and lifts her head she is having roaming. in walking, turning, uplifting the head etc. etc. always having (i do not know the correct name) roaming the head (girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr the head)
Please help us by giving your valuable advice.

Hello,
Your wife 37 old and her weight is 45. I went through the complaints you have expressed
1 & 2) she is very weak from her childhood and very lenient - This is a common thing. Investigate her with basic blood test and X- Ray chest and if they are normal then nothing to worry. When she is able to work continuously for 2 hours how do you say she is weak.
3) Doing work in a fixed position need a change of position after some time (As you have told blood Circulation). This is also normal phenomenon.
4) She is having constipation - Ask her to take fiber rich diet, 2 bananas in the night - if that method not working mild laxative like Cremaffin Syrup 3 tsp (15ml) can be tried in the night alone for a few days. Anti worm Tab Zentel 2 tab in the night for 1 day only and Anti amoebic Tab metrogyl 400mg 1 tab thrice a day for 5 days will be useful.
5) Avoid gas forming items in the diet like Dhall, potato, Beans along with an Antacid + antiflautulant gel 2 tsp (10 ml) thrice a day (Gelucil MPS syrup)
6) Check her BP, ECG, SUGAR to find the cause for giddiness. If there is no problem - get opinion from a Neuro surgeon to assess her cervical spines.
Finally give her Iron syrup + vitamin Syrup/injection + high protein and a healthy diet.
Extract work as per her age. Give her a helping hand either you or somebody.
Best wishes to you both
